Required Skills: •Verification of outbound orders: Internal Branch Transfers, Local Deliveries, Will Call, Sales Deliveries, LTL, etc. •Manage package shipments via UPS and FedEx. •Oversee LTL shipments for national customers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. •Coordinate with courier dispatchers to schedule and confirm pickups. •Pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped. •Maintain acceptable efficiency rates of both quantity of products pulled as well as accuracy. •Maintain bin/shelf integrity by keeping pulling areas clean of debris and by keeping product organized on shelf. •Carry or transport orders to shipping locations or delivery platforms with material handling equipment, ensuring orders are staged properly. Qualifications: •Strong communication skills and attention to detail. •Knowledge of shipping processes, including small package and LTL carriers. •Excellent time management and attention to detail. •Maintain safety management requirements. •Assist in maintaining Inventory Control. •Must possess a “Can Do” team-player attitude at all times. •12-18 months of experience working in a warehouse preferred but not required. •High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred. •Prolonged periods standing/being on your feet throughout the day •Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
