Hiring: Warehouse Associate Company: Bosch USA Location: Laredo, TX Job Posted Time: 2026-09-15 05:31:37 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords : Spark, TestNG About the job Experience: •2+ years of experience with powered industrial truck such as Order Picker, Reach Truck, Pacer, Sit Down, etc. •2+ years of warehouse experience Required Skills: •Warehouse associate that will perform duties to include picking, labeling, re-labeling, loading, unloading, receiving, and inspections of material and dunnage for shipping, receiving and storage in a fast spaced environment. •Daily operation of powered industrial trucks or other material handling equipment. •Daily use of hand held RF scanner. •Daily use of good judgement to comply with instructions or prescribed routines, methods, or practices involving the making of minor decisions. •Regular participation in special tasks as assigned such as 6S. •Perform a variety of functions involved with shipping, receiving, storage of parts, materials, and products. •Prepare parts and materials for shipments. Verify materials and quantities. Pack materials. Load trucks. •Receive shipments. Unload trucks. Check shipments for completeness and damage. Record shipments and compile necessary paperwork. Verify Dunnage and count for shipments. Move material to proper area for storage. Qualifications: •High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution. •Daily use of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division of numbers including decimals and fractions; simple use of formulas, charts, tables, schedules, checking of reports, forms, records, and comparable data, where interpretation is required. •Requires continuous attention to detail, usually repetitive work or diversified operations requiring constant alertness or activity.
