Qualifications: •High School Diploma/GED REQUIRED •Demonstrated capacity to use computer terminals and RF scanners: Comfortable with basic computer navigation and operating RF scanning devices. •Demonstrated capacity to operate Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) including Turret, Man-Up, Center-Rider, or Standup forklift: Experience or a willingness to learn and operate various PIT equipment safely and efficiently. •Good communication and teamwork: Effectively communicates with team members and contributes positively to a collaborative work environment. •Proactivity with focus on results (KPIs): Demonstrates initiative and a commitment to achieving performance goals. •Organized and able to adhere to 6S: Maintains an organized workspace and follows 6S principles (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety). •Basic Math, Reading, Writing: Basic understanding of math concepts, ability to read and comprehend instructions, and legible writing skills. •Measuring Equipment: Basic ability to use and read measuring equipment. •Demonstrated capacity to lift, push, pull, and carry objects up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 75 pounds with assistance. •Demonstrated capacity to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods.
