Required Skills: •Pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped. •Maintain acceptable efficiency rates of both quantity and accuracy of products pulled. •Maintain bin/shelf integrity by keeping pulling areas clean of debris and by keeping product organized on shelf. •Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently as required. •Maintain material handling equipment by noting and reporting any damage or malfunction and connecting battery to recharging station at the end of shift. •Transport orders to customer locations or delivery platforms with materials handling equipment, ensuring orders are staged properly. Qualifications: •Dealing with complex fulfillment orders within strict deadlines •Excellent time management and attention to detail •Assist in maintaining Inventory Control •Must possess a “Can Do” team-player attitude at all times •12-18 months of experience working in a warehouse preferred but not required. •High School Diploma or Associate’s Degree •Prolonged periods of standing/being on your feet throughout the day. •Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
