Required Skills: •Receive inbound materials and verify quantities, part numbers, and condition against purchase orders, packing slips, and shipping documentation. •Accurately perform system transactions and place materials into designated storage locations to maintain inventory accuracy levels of 98% or higher. •Safely unload, transport, and store materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment. •Investigate and report receiving discrepancies, damaged materials, inventory inaccuracies, and shipping issues to the appropriate teams. •Complete shipping documentation and coordinate with carriers to ensure accurate and timely shipment processing. •Maintain warehouse organization through proper material identification, location management, and adherence to 5S standards. •Support cycle counts, inventory audits, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve warehouse efficiency and inventory control. •Replenish warehouse and production storage locations as required to support uninterrupted operations. Qualifications: •High school diploma or equivalent. •Demonstrated capacity to operate or become certified in forklift and other material handling equipment. •Basic computer skills with the ability to process inventory and shipping transactions within ERP, WMS, or shipping systems. •Demonstrated capacity to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 35 pounds and up 50 pounds on occasion •Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of inventory and transaction accuracy. •Forklift certification and experience operating powered industrial vehicles. •Knowledge of inventory control processes, cycle counting, and warehouse best practices.
