(Essential) •Lead and oversee developing new, and maintaining existing relationships with community owners, brokers, and key influencers to maximize deal flow and capture of new business opportunities. (Essential) •Participates in industry trade organizations and associations to maximize Sun's exposure and influence in the MH and RV industry. (Essential) •Works closely with the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Investments, executive and legal team to assist with contract negotiations and document preparation/finalization for new acquisitions. (Essential) •Works closely with the Senior Vice President to review underwriting, due diligence work papers, assists as needed in the resolution of problems arising during the transaction process, and assists as needed in the acquisition closing process. (Essential) •Coordinates team member selection and development and ensures team members comply with appropriate policies and procedures. •Oversees and assists with technical market research to identify key areas of economic growth which support increased levels of Company Investment. •Oversees and assists with the identification of acquisition targets and maintenance of the acquisition database and pipeline management system.
