Required Skills: •Lead, coach, and develop software engineering teams across multiple product and technology domains. •Establish and execute technology roadmaps, engineering strategies, and modernization initiatives aligned with business priorities. •Drive adoption of cloud-native architectures, microservices, API-first development, event-driven systems, and modern engineering practices. •Champion AI-assisted software engineering capabilities to improve developer productivity, software quality, automation, and delivery effectiveness. •Partner with Product Management, Architecture, Operations, Security, Infrastructure, and Compliance teams to deliver strategic technology solutions. •Provide technical leadership across digital experience platforms, cash management capabilities, payment and money movement solutions, integrations, and cloud services. •Oversee delivery planning, resource management, budgeting, risk mitigation, and execution governance across multiple Agile teams. •Establish engineering standards, DevSecOps practices, quality frameworks, testing strategies, and operational excellence programs.
