Required Skills: •Lead annual, quarterly, and ongoing Product portfolio planning processes across Product and Engineering teams. •Facilitate cross-functional planning discussions, portfolio reviews, and prioritization activities that balance strategic objectives, capacity considerations, dependencies, and resource trade-offs. •Establish and evolve governance frameworks that promote transparency, accountability, alignment, and effective decision-making across the organization. •Monitor portfolio performance and execution health, identifying opportunities to improve planning effectiveness, predictability, and delivery outcomes. •Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Product Operations processes, standards, and operating practices. •Establish planning cadences, portfolio reviews, operating forums, and governance mechanisms that support efficient execution and organizational alignment. •Partner with Product, Engineering, UX/UI, and business stakeholders to improve coordination, operational effectiveness, and cross-functional collaboration. •Develop and maintain portfolio performance reporting, operational metrics, dashboards, and executive-level insights that support business and investment decisions. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. •MBA or other advanced degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is considered an asset. •Demonstrated experience leading planning, governance, portfolio management, and operational processes that support execution across large, cross-functional teams. •Proven ability to influence senior leaders and build alignment across Product, Engineering, Finance, Strategy, and other business functions to achieve organizational objectives. •Strong analytical, strategic, and operational leadership skills, including experience leveraging metrics, reporting, and business insights to support planning, prioritization, and executive decision-making. •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across executive leadership teams and complex organizational structures.
