The individual in this position is responsible for contributing to agency and department initiatives, media operations, and new business efforts. •In this specific role, you provide communications planning leadership on a major CPG brand. Experience in this industry is a ideal. •Deep knowledge and experience with multiple communication channels and their role in brand marketing •Lead negotiator in team deliverables and evaluation criteria with Brand and client’s Corporate management •Leads Communications Planning effort both in terms of high-level solution design as well as in management approach for each group •Quality control over all strategy/implementation/integration issues •Balance needs of agency and Aegis Media resources, with a responsibility to facilitate and foster relevant partnerships •Will oversee several brands/sub-brands across multiple divisions Compensation: •Demonstrate a deep knowledge of client brands, brands equity, consumer definition and motivations •The annual salary range for this position is 170K - 195K. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
