Required Skills: •Creating annual operating and capital budgets. •Developing long-term financial forecasting & planning (FP&A) •Participates in formulating and administering company financial policies and developing long range goals and objectives •Managing cash flow via AR and AP optimization. •Meet with leadership and banks regarding financial stability, needs, and growth. •Ensure day-to-day accounting and financial reporting are in order and in compliance with GAAP and corporate policies •Securing funding and managing relationships with lenders and investors. •Financial reporting, Analysis and Staff Management Qualifications: •Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Finance or MA in a related field. •CPA is a Major plus •Demonstrated success in managing finance operations •Strong knowledge of GAAP, treasury management, and ERP systems •Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. •Accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting. •Improved cash flow, working capital efficiency, and treasury operations. •Reduction in month-end close timelines and operational inefficiencies. •High-performing and motivated finance team with low turnover.
