Qualifications: •Proven experience leading, managing, and developing high-performing legal teams. •Strong experience supporting commercial, corporate, employment, compliance, privacy, and governance matters in multinational organizations. •Significant experience negotiating complex enterprise commercial agreements, preferably with large global or strategic customers. •Strong experience partnering with executive leadership and advising Boards of Directors and Board Committees. •Comprehensive expertise in the enterprise SaaS, infrastructure, data, observability, or cybersecurity landscape is a strong advantage. •Fluent English, with the ability to communicate complex legal and business matters clearly to executives, board members, and cross-functional stakeholders. •LL.B. or LL.M. from a strong institution; additional qualifications or bar admissions are an advantage.
