Overall program alignment with other program initiatives, business and technical teams. •(20%) Serve as a trusted advisor for program stakeholders (Business, Risk and IT) and executive leadership on strategy and program management issues, providing transparent program updates and other project related information on a regular basis. Ensure timely and adequate communication to enable organizational focus and effectiveness. •(10%) Drive end-to-end program/project management and execution, ensuring effective project delivery both on-time and within budget. •(10%) Direct management of large program delivery team. Organize into efficient workstreams.
