Required Skills: •NOTE: Fidelity will not be providing immigration sponsorship for this role. •We are seeking a Vice President, Head of Custom SMA Product who will support the strategy, design, implementation and ongoing support of Fidelity Institutional’s SMA discretionary managed SMA solutions across direct indexing, factors, equity and fixed income. •Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Institutional SMA offerings including direct indexing, factors, active equity and fixed income solutions. •Make strategic decisions about investments and business opportunities, focusing on maximizing return on investment, understanding market dynamics and competition, and aligning products and services with customer needs. •Lead new product development efforts related to equity and fixed income SMA solutions distributed to clients both on and off Fidelity platform. Develop product portfolio strategy including vision, target outcomes & KPIs, and strategic portfolio roadmap. •Continuously assess product market fit, monitor usage and adoption, and address the needs of customers and the internal and/or external market •Partner with Fidelity’s distribution channels to develop and cultivate a pipeline of new investment solution initiatives. Liaison to distribution partners to gather feedback and provide support for an enhanced client experience. •Develop compelling business cases to help with prioritization while influencing new initiatives.
