Required Skills: •Lead the global Clean Energy business with full P&L ownership and accountability for revenue growth, profitability, cash flow, and operational performance •Develop and execute the strategic vision and multi-year growth strategy for the business aligned with OPW and Dover priorities; own and continuously refine a multi-year revenue bridge to scale the business through core growth, adjacency expansion, regional localization, and inorganic initiatives. •Drive ‘in-region, for-region’ operating models, including localized engineering, manufacturing, and commercial capabilities in APAC and EMEA. •Drive commercial excellence through strategic account management, channel optimization, pricing strategy, market expansion, and customer engagement initiatives. •Partner with Engineering and Product Management teams to accelerate innovation, new product development, portfolio optimization, and commercialization initiatives ensuring clear linkage between innovation pipeline, customer needs, and revenue realization. •Champion end-to-end integration of acquisitions, including synergy capture, cultural alignment, and platform integration. •Drive global operations and supply chain strategy to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) performance. •Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives utilizing Dover Operational Excellence methodologies, lean principles, Daily Visual Management (DVM), and A3 problem solving. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. •Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience within a global industrial or manufacturing organization. •Proven executive leadership experience managing a global business or business segment with full P&L responsibility. •Strong commercial and operational leadership background with demonstrated success driving profitable growth and operational excellence. •Demonstrated success developing and executing strategic growth initiatives, including new product commercialization and market expansion. •Strong financial acumen with experience driving margin improvement, productivity initiatives, and working capital optimization. •Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization. •Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and strategic planning skills. •Demonstrated capacity to travel globally as required. •General Management & P&L Leadership Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
