Define and execute the franchise development strategy across North American markets, including territory mapping, pipeline targets and market prioritization by brand and geography •Lead across the organizations brands, leveraging proactive sourcing, franchise expos, broker networks and digital lead generation channels •Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective franchisees, tracked through a structured CRM process, with clear conversion metrics and reporting cadence •Coordinate with brand-level and regional teams to align development plans, share best practices and support growth initiatives across the three brands •Lead Generation & Network Optimization •Represent the organization at major US and international franchise exhibitions and industry associations (e.g. IFA and equivalent) •Report regularly to the US Country Manager and, as required, to Group leadership on pipeline status, new openings, conversion rates and market opportunities Qualifications: •Demonstrated success in managing franchise sales teams and franchise development strategy. ---Ability to build, mentor, and hold accountable a high–performing internal team. •Expert-level mastery of FDD Compliance, state registration laws and international franchising a plus. •Position resides in-office located just outside of Denver, CO. •Must be able to travel regularly across the US and, as needed, internationally, valid passport required.
