Working closely with senior investment leadership, you will help establish production goals, investment strategy, and market priorities while ensuring disciplined underwriting and risk management standards. •Regional Leadership & Strategy •Develop and execute mortgage loan origination strategy for your regional territory to achieve production, yield, and portfolio objectives. •Lead and mentor a team of mortgage originators, analysts, and support professionals. •Establish territory priorities, business development initiatives, and relationship management strategies. •Partner cross-functionally with senior investment leadership to identify investment opportunities and market trends. •Maintain accountability for regional production goals, portfolio quality, and risk-adjusted returns. •Represent the organization within the commercial real estate and institutional lending communities. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree required; MBA, MSRE, or similar advanced designation preferred.
