Required Skills: •Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy focused on launching new ETFs and increasing the size of the current five ETFs offered by Franklin Templeton. •Actively facilitate and support development and execution on opportunities for Franklin Crypto platform. •Own the full sales cycle from identifying and qualifying prospects to pitching, negotiating, and closing deals. Act as the advocate and primary point of contact for prospects and clients throughout the lifecycle. •Identify, prospect, and convert high-value prospects to clients. Proactively grow adoption of models and products on the platform with existing clients. •Help expand reach and presence of the digital asset product lineup across various market segments. •Deliver impactful client presentations and product demonstrations tailored to target clients. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities in CRM (Microsoft Dynamics). •Set, meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. •Conduct regular client meetings, product demos, and tailored presentations to drive adoption. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
