Required Skills: •Lead Sabre’s 1933 Act and 1934 Act filings (registration statements and reports), including annual, quarterly and current reports, proxy statements and Section 16 filings. •Partner closely with Accounting, Tax, Investor Relations, and the People team to meet reporting and disclosure requirements. •Provide advice on applicable SEC regulations and Nasdaq stock exchange listing standards. •Support debt and equity offerings, credit facility administration, and capital structure transactions in partnership with Finance and Treasury. •Serve as legal lead for all corporate governance matters, including Board and committee operations, charters, and policies. •Oversee global corporate secretarial functions and manage board and stockholder meeting logistics and documentation. •Lead legal strategy and logistics for annual stockholder meetings and the preparation of proxy materials. •Oversee legal entity management and intercompany governance across global subsidiaries.
