This role conducts structured tests, documents results, identifies discrepancies, and helps assess compliance with applicable regulatory and certification requirements. •This position also provides administrative and project oversight for hardware-related testing activities within the Voting System Test Laboratory (VSTL). Responsibilities include scheduling tests, coordinating with subcontractor laboratories, managing hardware analysis and functional testing, and developing hardware testing methodologies. •This role is ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in electrical engineering and an interest in compliance, quality assurance, regulated technologies, and election systems. •Review technical documentation, specifications, and requirements. •Conduct document reviews against certification requirements and standards. •Develop hardware-related test plans, cases, procedures, data, and reports in accordance with standard lab procedures. •Perform testing of voting system hardware, software, and integrated systems. •Execute functional test plans, test procedures, and test cases. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. •In-depth knowledge of electrical and electronic systems. •Demonstrated capacity to read and interpret technical documentation and specifications. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. •Excellent written documentation and communication skills. •Demonstrated capacity to learn and apply regulatory and technical requirements. •Interact professionally with both internal and external clients. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently and within a team environment.
