Required Skills: •Client Service, IT Documentation, VMware ESX vSphere, VMware Management, VMware Server •Hands-on experience building, troubleshooting, and maintaining VMware environments (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter). •PowerShell or equivalent scripting experience for automation and configuration management. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree, technical training or certification •3+ years of relevant experience as a VMware Administrator. •Strong written and verbal communication skills. •Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and effectively multi-task in a dynamic environment. •Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with cross-functional technical teams. •Must meet DoW IAT Level II IA and baseline certification requirements at start date (e.g., CompTIA Security+ ce or higher). •VMware certification (e.g., VCP) required or the ability to obtain within a specified timeframe, as defined by management or contract requirements. •Active Secret clearance required at time of interview. •Candidate must maintain an active clearance as a condition of employment. •Primary work location is on the customer site.
