Candidates must possess current, unrestricted authorization to work in the United States. Required Skills: •Monitor and adjust vision inspection system parameters to support production quality and process stability •Review and maintain vision inspection recipes and product specifications to ensure inspection accuracy •Conduct image quality verification and system calibration checks •Support model changeovers and implement error-proofing measures to prevent quality defects •Perform preventive maintenance (PM) activities on inspection equipment, including performance checks and component replacement •Troubleshoot inspection system errors, including vision system faults, PLC communication issues, and over-detection or under-detection conditions •Support corrective maintenance and assist Engineering teams in diagnosing recurring inspection system issues •Manage vision system spare parts and support replacement of critical components Qualifications: •High School Diploma or GED required •Vocational certificate or Associate degree in electronics, automation, robotics, manufacturing technology, or a related field preferred •Equivalent relevant experience may be considered •Must be able to properly and regularly utilize the following PPE for periods of up to 12 hours: safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, nitrile gloves, ear protection, and cleanroom suit •Must be able to repeatedly lift, push, and pull materials or equipment for periods of up to 12 hours •Must be able to repeatedly stoop, twist, and bend for periods of up to 12 hours •Must be able to repeatedly reach overhead for periods of up to 12 hours •Must be able to stand, walk, and move throughout production areas for extended periods •Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods •Must be able to use hands and fingers to operate tools, equipment, and computer systems Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
