This role will lead the development, governance, and scaling of portfolio optimization capabilities by defining standards, shaping data- and AI-enabled solutions, enabling regional collaboration, and supporting adoption across markets. Qualifications: •Strong knowledge of banking operations, payment schemes, and card portfolio management, including products and services, business systems, processes, marketing initiatives, and performance levers. •Proven experience using financial and business performance indicators to assess portfolio health, measure impact, identify opportunities, and support data-driven recommendations. •Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, set priorities, manage performance, and influence effectively in a matrixed environment. •Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a quantitative, analytical, or business-related field such as engineering, mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, science, or business administration; advanced degree preferred. •This position requires travel 5-10% of the time. •This position will be performed in an office setting.
