Hiring: vIOP Clinical Quality Supervisor Company: Lyra Health Location: United States Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 10:43:45 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords : PHP, Quality Assurance, Terraform, dbt About the job Experience: •5+ years postgraduate clinical experience •2+ years of experience in clinical supervision/training of evidence based therapies Required Skills: •As a vIOP Clinical Quality Supervisor you will spend half the time delivering direct client care and half the time providing management oversight and clinical supervision to vIOP Associate Social Worker (ASW) therapists. •This role is a great fit if you have experience supporting pediatric and young adult clients with mood and anxiety disorders in a high acuity (IOP, PHP, residential) setting using evidence-based and culturally responsive practices, as well as supervising and managing registered ASW’s. •This role reports to our vIOP Clinical Quality Manager. •Maintain a caseload of vIOP clients, vIOP group sessions, and/or Psych Urgent Care appointments (14 bookable calendar spots) •Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training of vIOP ASW therapists •Provide clinical quality oversight, mentoring, clinical and administrative supervision to vIOP ASW therapists in clinical practice •Provide ongoing feedback regarding ASW therapists’ performance including clinical quality, productivity, adherence to evidence-based treatment models, client feedback, and interpersonal effectiveness •Ensure care provided across the team is culturally responsive and outcomes-driven Qualifications: •Master’s degree from a clinical social work track (LCSW) from an accredited program •Current unrestricted license to practice in California •Willingness to obtain cross-licensing in additional states as needed to support program growth •Highly skilled in working with clients with severe, co-occurring clinical diagnoses and high risk presentations •Highly skilled in providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., CBT, DBT, ERP, ACT, TF-CBT, etc.) •Prior administrative management •Grounded in cultural humility with a commitment to culturally responsive care •Comfort with technology and working within a fast-moving environment •Excellent interpersonal skills (listening and communicating) Compensation: •$126,000 - $140,000 / year Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
