Hiring: vIOP Clinical Quality Manager Company: Lyra Health Location: United States Job Posted Time: 2026-09-03 10:43:45 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords : PHP, Quality Assurance, Terraform, dbt About the job Experience: •5+ years postgraduate clinical experience •2+ years of experience in providing care and leadership in a high acuity (IOP, PHP, residential) setting •3+ years of experience in clinical supervision and training of evidence-based therapies Required Skills: •This role reports to our Sr. Director, High Acuity Care Service. •Provide clinical quality oversight and administrative supervision to vIOP therapists in clinical practice and behavioral care managers •Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training of vIOP therapists and behavioral care managers •Provide ongoing mentoring and consultation to vIOP therapists and behavioral care managers •Provide ongoing feedback regarding team member’s’ performance including clinical quality, productivity, adherence to evidence-based treatment models, client feedback, and interpersonal effectiveness •Ensure care and support provided across the team is culturally responsive and outcomes driven •Lead ongoing 1:1’s and consultation team meeting with assigned vIOP therapists, behavioral care managers, and consultation teams •Support Psych Urgent Care appointments (7 bookable calendar spots) Qualifications: •PhD or PSYD in clinical or counseling psychology or Master’s degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC) from an accredited program •Current unrestricted license to practice within the United States •Willingness to obtain cross-licensing in additional states or PSYPACT as needed to support program growth •1+ years of experience in administrative supervision / management of licensed independent providers and behavioral care managers •Knowledge of research and theoretical foundations of evidence based treatments •Highly skilled in working with clients with severe, co-occurring clinical diagnoses and high risk presentations •Highly skilled in providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., CBT, DBT, ERP, ACT, TF-CBT, etc.) •Grounded in cultural humility with a commitment to culturally responsive care •Comfort with technology and working within a fast-moving environment Compensation: •$136,800 - $152,000 / year Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
