This includes capturing high-quality footage on location or in a studio. •Post-production : Editing recorded footage with professional level software, incorporating SBM-approved graphics or special effects, and ensuring the final product is optimized for its intended platform. •Equipment maintenance : Ensuring all equipment is functional, maintaining it, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. •Collaboration : Working with clients, producers, directors, and other team members to align with project goals and deliver the final product. Qualifications: •BA in Photography or Videography or relevant field •A strong understanding of DSLR/mirrorless camera operation, lighting principles, and audio recording •A keen eye for composition, visual storytelling, and creative direction •Proficiency with professional level video editing software, such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe photoshop, etc. •Strong time management to schedule photoshoots handle multiple projects and meet deadlines •The ability to communicate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and work well with colleagues and SBSH and MHLMP staff.
