This role is located in New York, NY. •Lead the translation of evolving sustainability regulations and disclosure frameworks into enterprise reporting strategy, governance, and execution. •Serve as a senior partner across Corporate Functions, driving high-quality, decision-useful disclosures, strengthening reporting readiness and controls, and influencing strategic responses to a rapidly changing regulatory environment. •Lead the regulatory strategy and execution agenda for sustainability reporting, shaping BNY’s approach to evolving requirements including CSRD ESRS E1, ISSB IFRS S2, ASRS AASB S2, TCFD, and related regulations, standards frameworks and guidance. •Drive end-to-end delivery of key sustainability regulatory workstreams, from regulatory interpretation and impact assessment through governance, implementation, and external disclosure. •Provide strategic advice to senior stakeholders on regulatory developments, implementation priorities, key risks, and business implications for BNY. •Oversee the development of high-quality narrative and quantitative disclosures across governance, strategy, risk management, metrics, and targets, ensuring consistency, transparency, and audit readiness. •Strengthen reporting governance, controls, documentation, and accountability frameworks to support traceability, assurance readiness, and sustainable execution at scale.
