Required Skills: •Define and communicate the enterprise platform engineering strategy in alignment with business objectives and emerging healthcare technology trends. •Shape and govern enterprise architecture frameworks that support scalability, performance, data integration, and long-term platform goals. •Identify, interpret, and apply industry trends, including AI and automation, to enhance platform capabilities and drive improved business outcomes. •Establish standards and accountability for platform operations, including monitoring, alerting, incident response, and service reliability. •Drive enterprise-wide preparedness through disaster recovery and business continuity planning, ensuring rapid recovery and minimal operational disruption. •Oversee facility uptime and operational readiness to support secure, reliable, and efficient technology environments across locations. •Lead modernization initiatives across core infrastructure, platform services, and engineering practices. •Champion DevOps, site reliability engineering (SRE), and automation to improve delivery speed, stability, and quality. Qualifications: •Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related field. •Master's degree. •Strategy and management consulting experience. •Broad business experience internally and within the vertical industry. •Progressive leadership experience in leading cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide programs, operating and influencing effectively across the organization and within complex contexts. •Knowledge, Skills And Abilities (KSAs) •Excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills; able to work across business lines at a senior level to influence and effect change to achieve common goals. •Strategic leader and builder of both vision and bridges, and able to energize the appropriate teams in the organization. Experience in strategic technology planning and execution, and policy development and maintenance. •Up-to-date knowledge of business and technical trends to include the ability to execute technology and tool automation processes. •Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain digital concepts and technologies to business leaders, and business concepts to technologists. The candidate should be able to sell ideas and processes internally at all levels, including the board and investors.
