Required Skills: •The Vice President of Sales will lead our Sales, Customer Service, and Creative Design teams, serving as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team. This role will partner closely with Operations, Finance, Product Development, and other functions to translate customer needs into profitable business opportunities. •Develop and execute annual and long-term sales strategies aligned with company objectives. •Establish revenue, margin, growth, and customer development goals and hold the commercial organization accountable for results. •Lead, coach, and develop the North American Sales, Customer Service, and Creative Design teams. •Develop new business opportunities and expand relationships with existing customers and strategic accounts. •Identify opportunities to increase market share, expand into new markets and channels, and grow share of wallet. •Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and serve as a senior point of contact for strategic accounts. •Lead major customer negotiations involving pricing, contracts, volume commitments, and commercial terms. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. •Demonstrated capacity to travel domestic and internationally 75% of the time. •Proven success developing new business and growing existing customer relationships. •In-depth knowledge of sales strategy, pricing, forecasting, customer management, and profitability. •Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. •Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Operations, Finance, Product Development, and other functions. •Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency strongly preferred.
