Required Skills: •Oversee the sales operations department, including needs assessment, process design and implementation, staff deployment and management, performance monitoring and reporting. •Develop and provide oversight for the sales and experience reporting and data management team. •Provide oversight and guidance on broker and agent incentive and commission programs. •Guide sales leadership on sales goals and forecasting. •Oversee sales systems and support ongoing management and enhancements of systems and programs supporting the sales and experience organization. •Lead the design and implementation of complex, technical cross-functional projects with department-wide impact. •Support sales leadership on all budget management functions. •Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: •Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, Marketing or related field required. •Master's Degree preferred.
