Required Skills: •In this hybrid role, you will partner with clients to evaluate safety programs, identify risk exposures, and develop practical strategies to prevent workplace injuries and illnesses. •Partner with clients to build sustainable safety programs, reduce workplace injuries and illnesses, and manage total cost of risk by delivering practical, actionable recommendations grounded in regulatory compliance and best practices. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree required in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. •Professional safety certification such as Associate Safety Professional (ASP), Certified Safety Professional (CSP), or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) preferred. •Minimum 7-10 years of experience developing and implementing safety management systems at facility or corporate levels; supervisory experience is a plus. •Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and management systems, with the ability to apply regulatory requirements across various operational settings (e.g., manufacturing, retail, higher education, etc.). •Proficiency in data analysis and risk assessment methodologies. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly. •Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and communicate across all organizational levels, from wage employees to executive leadership. •Demonstrated capacity to travel to client sites as required (up to 60%). •Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites as needed. •A company with a strong brand and proven results.
