Required Skills: •Manages and leads teams who perform a wide range of duties related to title production and escrow operations., Partners with and acts as a liaison between groups such as Examining, Escrow and Underwriting to ensure that compliance, policy adherence, production goals, and timelines are met. •Provides leadership and direction through managers, supervisors and/or individual contributors. •Accountable for the performance and results of ETA operations. •Executes business plans and contributes to the development of business strategy. •Decisions are guided by ETA business strategy and priorities. •Applies broad industry knowledge and business acumen to drive financial performance. •Has broad impact on the results for ETA performance. •Directs the resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems applying advanced critical thinking. Qualifications: •High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. •Requires at least 7years of management experience and experience performing title examinations, and escrow operations preferably in a production/volume environment with residential exposure. •Demonstrable experience with industry standard title production systems; specifically SoftPro •Interface directly with PMO groups, lead software integration and migrations •Data analysis, workflow modeling, deep understanding of process to effectively balance workflow •Capacity modeling and planning for workload balancing •Forecasting and trending with predictive analytics for proper business planning •Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. •Current, valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record. •Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this position.
