Qualifications: •Ten or more years of progressively responsible leadership experience in strategy, operations, organizational development, or executive management. •Demonstrated success translating organizational vision into measurable execution. •Strong financial, operational, analytical, and organizational judgment. •Proven ability to design and implement performance-management systems. •Demonstrated capacity to work effectively with founders, executive leaders, boards, donors, and external partners. •Exceptional written, verbal, facilitation, and executive communication skills. •Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or equivalent executive experience preferred. •Leadership Profile •A strategic thinker who converts ideas into disciplined action. •An integrator who can align strong leaders around shared priorities.
