Hiring: Vice President of Strategic Partnerships Company: Lymphoma Research Foundation Location: New York, NY Job Posted Time: 2026-09-15 14:19:57 Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Office About the job Experience: •· Minimum 8 years of demonstrated success in strategic partnerships or corporate development, ideally with strong experience in the healthcare sector (oncology preferred) •· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior executives, Boards of Directors, and external stakeholder groups •· Proven track record of developing, managing and executing strategic business partnerships •· Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and influence priorities, driving alignment and achieving mutually beneficial outcomes for stakeholders •· Proficiency in grant writing and submissions Required Skills: •The Vice President will report to the Chief Executive Officer and will supervise the Director of Institutional and Community Partnerships. •· Manage the Foundation’s portfolio of industry/ institutional/ community partners and prospects, including relationship management, solicitation, stewardship, and long-term engagement •· Develop sector-specific strategy and customized partnership opportunities aligned with organizational goals •· Cultivate partnerships to support Foundation programs, research portfolio, support services and events; build long-term consultative relationships that go beyond transactional giving •· Manage the organization’s pharmaceutical/ biotech grant portfolio and interacting with stakeholders across multiple areas including commercial, medical, policy and grant making, while maintaining Foundation’s strong reputation for scientific independence and mission focus •· Establish program sponsorship benefits and deliverables and conduct annual assessment of organization benefits portfolio •· Develop guidelines and processes for internal stakeholders to ensure partnerships and sponsorships adhere to industry standards and that all sponsorship benefits are delivered in a timely manner •· Regularly share relevant pharmaceutical industry insights and trends to senior Foundation staff to assist in program development Qualifications: •· Bachelor's degree in a related field Compensation: •$200,000 - $225,000 / year Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
