Required Skills: •The ideal candidate combines deep mortgage servicing knowledge with advanced quantitative and analytical skills and has demonstrated experience managing large loan-level datasets, developing predictive models, and driving data-informed portfolio management strategies. •Servicing Data Management & Governance •Serve as the primary owner of servicing-related data received from third-party sub-servicers. •Develop and maintain processes to validate, reconcile, and monitor servicing data quality. •Establish data governance standards, controls, and documentation to ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting platforms. •Partner with sub-servicers, internal technology teams, and asset management personnel to resolve data discrepancies and improve reporting quality. •Maintain servicing data dictionaries, definitions, and reporting methodologies. •Design, develop, and maintain portfolio reporting packages for executive management, asset management, and investment stakeholders. Qualifications: •Knowledge of consumer mortgage servicing regulations and servicing practices. •Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field. •Establishes trusted, accurate servicing data as the foundation for portfolio management decisions. •Delivers timely, actionable analytics that improve asset-level and portfolio-level outcomes. •Builds forecasting models that enhance risk management and business planning capabilities. •Creates meaningful KPI frameworks that improve visibility into servicer performance and portfolio health. •Serves as a strategic analytical partner to Asset Management leadership and executive management. •Servicing Analytics & Portfolio Management: Leverages advanced analytics to monitor portfolio performance, optimize servicing strategies, and support asset level decision making. •Data Strategy & Governance: Ensures the accuracy, integrity, and governance of servicing data while establishing reporting standards and quality controls. •Forecasting & Predictive Modeling: Develops statistical models, scenario analyses, and forecasts to support risk management, portfolio valuation, and business planning.
