Required Skills: •Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and execution from concept through launch, adoption, and measurable outcomes. •Lead the development of consumer-facing digital experiences that make complex information intuitive, useful, and highly engaging. •Drive products spanning integrated data, consumer applications, AI/LLM-enabled experiences, care-team workflows, and real-time orchestration. •Translate customer needs and business objectives into product priorities, requirements, experiments, and measurable results. •Treat Product as a business driver, connecting product decisions to engagement, retention, operational performance, and broader organizational value. •Partner closely with technology and engineering leadership to sequence development, prioritize the roadmap, and establish an effective product/engineering operating cadence. •Develop products iteratively through customer discovery, testing, feedback, pilots, and data rather than relying solely on predetermined requirements. •Lead build-versus-buy decisions and manage relationships with technology, data, AI, and development partners. Qualifications: •10+ years of progressive product management experience, including senior product leadership. •Healthcare, digital health, health tech, value-based care, patient engagement, or provider experience. •Operational familiarity with EHR/EMR, claims, labs, health information exchange, or other complex healthcare data. •Understanding of HIPAA, HITECH, privacy, and healthcare data governance. •Advanced degree such as an MBA, MHA, MS, or related degree. •In accordance with applicable federal, state, and local pay transparency and fair hiring laws, the target annual base salary range for this position is •Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and work location. •This position may also be eligible for additional forms of compensation as well as a comprehensive benefits package provided by the hiring employer. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, 401(k) or retirement plan, paid time off, and other employee programs.
