Required Skills: •Federal Sales Strategy & Business Development •Define and execute QCi’s Federal Government sales strategy across DoD, Intelligence Community, national laboratories, and civilian agencies. •Identify, qualify, shape, and win new business opportunities and programs of record. •Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of federal opportunities, ensuring accurate forecasting and predictable revenue growth. •Own and achieve federal revenue targets while driving accountability throughout the organization. •Team Leadership •Recruit, build, and lead a high-performing federal sales and capture management organization. •Establish processes, performance standards, and operating rhythms that enable growth and execution excellence. Qualifications: •Demonstrated success selling into the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, national laboratories, and/or federal civilian agencies. •Demonstrated success in winning complex federal programs and achieving significant revenue growth. •Comprehensive expertise in federal procurement processes, FAR regulations, GSA, IDIQs, OTAs, SBIR/STTR programs, and government acquisition cycles. •Strong network of government decision-makers, program offices, national laboratories, and defense industry partners. •Demonstrated capture management and business development leadership experience. •Track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams. •U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain a security clearance. •Ability and willingness to travel extensively. •Active or recently held Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI security clearance. •Operational familiarity with defense mission areas including ISR, PNT, C5ISR, electronic warfare, cybersecurity, or related fields.
