Required Skills: •Membership Growth and Member Experience •Develop and implement strategies to grow Chamber membership and strengthen member retention, engagement, and satisfaction. •Oversee membership programs, benefits, onboarding, renewals, outreach, and relationship-building efforts. •Establish and maintain systems for tracking membership engagement, retention, renewals, participation, and other key performance indicators. •Oversee the Chamber's membership database and CRM processes, ensuring accurate information, effective reporting, and data integrity. •Serve as staff liaison to membership-related committees, councils, and task forces. •Partner with Marketing and Communications to promote membership benefits, programs, events, and Chamber initiatives. •Support sponsorship development, investor relations, and strategic partnership efforts. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Marketing, Communications, Public Administration, or a related field. •Minimum of 3-5 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in a chamber of commerce, membership organization, nonprofit, business development, operations, association, economic development, or related environment. •Demonstrated success in membership development, retention, relationship management, business development, or operational leadership. •Strong business acumen with the ability to move comfortably between strategic priorities and hands-on execution. •Strong project management, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. •Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with business leaders, Board members, community stakeholders, partners, and diverse constituencies. •Demonstrated capacity to lead through growth and change and to build or improve systems, processes, programs, and organizational infrastructure. •Sound judgment and discretion when working with sensitive organizational, financial, personnel, and stakeholder matters. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM/database systems, QuickBooks, and other business technology platforms.
