You will also lead the newly hired Senior Demand Planner and build the planning team from there. •Approximately 5-10% travel is expected, to key retail partners and to international markets. This position is classified as exempt from the overtime requirements of the Fair Labor Standards Act. •Own and lead the global end-to-end demand planning function across all channels and regions. •Develop and continuously refine short-, mid-, and long-term forecasts that support revenue, inventory optimization, and operational readiness. •Lead global revenue planning across wholesale, retail, DTC, and international markets, translating strategy into annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and account-level plans. •Build and maintain SKU-, retailer-, and channel-level forecasts, providing executive reporting that identifies trends, risks, and growth opportunities. •Lead monthly consensus forecasting meetings and drive measurable improvements in forecast accuracy while reducing excess inventory.
