This role leads the strategy, performance, and evolution of the company’s digital storefront, marketplace channels, and subscription commerce programs to drive sustainable revenue growth. •Own Shopify storefront revenue, conversion rate, revenue per visitor, and average order value •Architect and optimize the digital customer journey from first visit through purchase •Lead rigorous A/B testing programs across landing pages, product pages, checkout flows, and funnel experiences •Partner with paid media leadership to optimize traffic-to-revenue conversion across campaigns and landing experiences •Own digital merchandising strategy including bundles, cross-sells, upsells, and product collections •Optimize how product bundles, protocols, and subscription offers are presented online •Develop promotional and merchandising strategies that increase revenue per visitor and average order value Qualifications: •Demonstrated capacity to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods •Occasional travel may be required for team collaboration, launches, or leadership meetings.
