Required Skills: •The Vice President of Aftermarket Sales will lead Vogelsang USA’s aftermarket growth strategy, driving revenue through replacement parts, service programs, upgrades, repairs, rebuilds, and lifecycle support offerings. •This executive will work across a unique go-to-market model that includes both independent distribution partners and direct OEM relationships. The ideal candidate understands how to create demand, influence end users, develop distributors, and build sustainable aftermarket programs that increase customer lifetime value. •Strategic Leadership •Develop and execute the North American aftermarket growth strategy. •Build multi-year plans to increase parts, service, and upgrade revenue. •Identify new aftermarket business models and recurring revenue opportunities. •Partner with executive leadership on growth initiatives and succession planning. •Sales & Channel Development Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree required. •Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering degree strongly preferred. •This role is designed for an ambitious leader who wants more than a traditional VP position. •You may be an aftermarket director, regional leader, channel sales executive, or business unit manager who is ready for broader executive responsibility. •Thinks like a business owner. •1 hour of our Ravenna, OH office.
