The Vice President will be responsible for developing investment theses for drug acquisition targets within given therapeutic area(s). •This position is full-time and reports to the Managing Director, New Ventures. •Source and maintain a pipeline of novel drug development ideas for NewCos within given therapeutic area(s) •Conduct proprietary research to analyze assets across science, disease, commercial, IP, CMC, clin dev, regulatory, and valuation verticals. •Write, pitch, and maintain investment notes for company ideas •Build pitch deck including recommended deal terms, clinical development, and financing •Develop expertise within therapeutic area(s) of coverage •Attend all relevant medical, banking and partnering conferences Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree required, Advanced degree (MD or PhD) strongly preferred.
