Required Skills: •What Success Looks Like in Year One •Own the day-to-day production of investor materials (DDQs, data requests, fact sheets, updates) with minimal senior oversight. •Build a working command of the GP Stakes portfolio — valuation drivers, KPIs, and fund-level performance — sufficient to support IC discussions and monitoring reviews. •Establish trusted working relationships with Apogem IR/Distribution/Marketing teams and partner GP teams. •Investor Relations, Marketing & Capital Formation (Core — primary focus) •Prepare investor-facing materials, DDQs, data requests, fundraising updates, strategy updates, pitch decks, fact sheets, case studies, and market commentary. •Partner with Apogem Investor Relations, Distribution, Marketing, and placement agent teams to deliver consistent messaging and timely follow-up. •Build and maintain a global prospect pipeline, including relationship mapping, CRM management, investor segmentation, and outreach tracking.
