Required Skills: •Lead end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination •Lead the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensure adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements •Effectively manage timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners •Assess platform readiness for client migration to new operating model, including functional requirements, quality control and reporting, plus operational readiness. •Collaborating with development teams on the execution of the product roadmap. Requirement gathering, functional testing and training users. •Partner with the Performance Operations team and the Product team to understand client behavior and needs to execute and deliver business requirements. •Assists senior department leadership with project staffing and governance decisions.
