The individual should be highly organized with strong attention to detail. They should have the ability to meet strict deadlines, while working both independently and as part of a team. •Analyze credit agreements on a daily basis •Maintain and monitor the data exception panel that reconciles vendor data feeds to internal data warehouse •Investigate & resolve any attribute discrepancies that may arise between data vendors internal systems •Daily interaction with Vendors, Risk, Technology, and Front Office teams to ensure proper creation of assets across the platform. •Creation and maintenance of internal strategies, UDF tags as well as clearing/executing broker accounts within firm systems •Mentor Junior people on the team. Qualifications: •Asset creation and maintenance across multiple asset classes (including but not limited to Bank Loans, Bonds, MBS/RMBS, Equities, Forwards, Options) in the firm’s Security Master •Reference data creation and maintenance in the firms Reference Master system •Identify and implement process enhancements to the security master and related systems.
