Determine the appropriate mix of internal capabilities, external partnerships, sourcing, and outsourced services to support scalability, cost optimization service excellence, and responsible stewardship. •Lead the enterprise real estate strategy, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, workplace planning, and management of programmatic and administrative properties. •Provide executive oversight of facilities operations, construction, maintenance, space management, safety, security, emergency preparedness, and service delivery across all locations. •Shape the travel and event support strategy to ensure consistent, high-quality experiences across WWP activities. •Champion enterprise procurement and sourcing practices that strengthen supplier performance, manage risk, and maximize organizational value. •Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing leadership team focused on collaboration, accountability, innovation, service excellence, and mission impact.
