Required Skills: •We are seeking an experienced and strategic •To lead all human resources functions for a multi-location organization. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations while partnering closely with executive leadership to develop and implement people strategies that support organizational goals, employee engagement, workforce planning, compliance, and operational excellence. •Human Resources Leadership & Strategy •Lead and manage all Human Resources functions, programs, and initiatives across the organization. •Partner with executive leadership to develop HR strategies that align with organizational objectives. •Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices. •Promote a positive, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture across all departments and locations. •Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. •Minimum of 10 years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience. •Extensive experience in employee relations, labor relations, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits administration, compliance, and organizational development. •Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and workforce management strategies. •Proven ability to partner effectively with executive leadership and influence decision-making. •Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. •Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. •Human Resources experience within a public sector, highly regulated, unionized, or complex organizational environment. •Demonstrated success leading organizational change, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
