Hiring: Vice President Finance Company: 3 Bridge Networks Location: San Francisco Bay Area Job Posted Time: 2026-09-12 11:36:03 About the job Experience: •10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including leadership experience within private equity, venture capital, asset management, fund administration, or a similar investment environment Required Skills: •Lead the firm’s financial reporting, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management processes •Oversee the month-end and year-end close process, including preparation and review of financial statements and management reporting •Partner with external fund administrators, auditors, tax advisors, and other service providers •Oversee fund-level and management company accounting, including capital activity, expense allocations, management fees, and carried interest calculations •Support fundraising and investor reporting, including responding to investor, auditor, and diligence requests •Strengthen financial controls, policies, processes, and systems as the firm continues to grow •Provide leadership with financial analysis, scenario planning, and insights to support strategic decision-making •Manage and develop finance and accounting team members, while remaining willing to be hands-on when needed Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field •In-depth knowledge of fund accounting, partnership accounting, financial reporting, and investment management operations •Strong technical accounting and financial analysis skills •Proven ability to build scalable processes in a growing, fast-paced environment •Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with senior executives and investment professionals •Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day execution •This is an excellent opportunity for a finance leader who wants to help shape and scale the finance function of a growing investment firm while working closely with an experienced and collaborative leadership team.
