You'll evaluate opportunities, guide capital deployment, and help maximize long-term shareholder value. •Partner directly with the CEO, COO, and Executive Team, to solve complex business challenges, evaluate opportunities, and make critical decisions that drive performance and growth. •Evaluate new markets, business lines, and investment opportunities through disciplined analysis and strategic thinking. You'll have the opportunity to influence change, identify opportunities, and help expand the business in meaningful ways. •Lead a High-Performing Team •Build and develop a finance team focused on accountability, insight, operational excellence, and business partnership. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. •12-15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including senior-level responsibility for capital strategy, financing, and investment analysis. •Proven success evaluating investments, managing capital structures, securing financing, and supporting growth initiatives. •Strong financial modeling, forecasting, underwriting, and strategic planning capabilities •Demonstrated capacity to influence executive stakeholders and communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and actionable manner. •A naturally proactive, results-oriented leader who thrives in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities. •Strong business acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to balance risk, opportunity, and long-term value creation. •The total compensation range for this position is $230,000 - $340,000 (inclusive of annual incentive opportunity).
