Qualifications: •Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting Required •Hospital/Health System finance experience required •Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, operational analytics, and financial modeling. •Demonstrated success leading process improvement and organizational scalability initiatives. •Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills required. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. •Strong interpersonal, communication, and executive presentation skills.
