Partnership with mill and yard operations on yield variance, conversion cost, absorption, and freight and landed cost. Translating what happens on the mill floor into decisions the executive team can act on. •Budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. Direct ownership of the sponsor and board reporting package, including KPI and covenant reporting. The analytical case behind capital allocation. •Contract administration and commercial agreements alongside external counsel.
